I will continue this week with some more examples of ways I am able to help my clients with their travel plans.  My cousin and his wife from California knew I had started my own travel business, so they contacted me about a European cruise. They have a lot of experience with cruises (especially Disney), but they had not sailed in Europe and a Disney cruise was a little more than they wanted to spend.  They wanted to know if I had any suggestions.  I have to admit, I was a little intimidated because they were seasoned cruisers.  I checked out all the available cruises that satisfied their dates and destinations.  I put together a total package that included round trip flights, pre-cruise hotel, gratuities and some options such as travel protection, drinks package, internet, specialty dining and excursions.  I always present my packages this way to show all possible costs for the trip.  Nobody likes hidden costs.

I presented the package to them at what I found to be a very reasonable price for that type of vacation.  To my amazement they said, “That was easy.  Book it.”  The reason I tell this story is to show what I have to offer to even the most seasoned travelers.  If you have ever wanted to pursue a travel experience but have been intimidated by the complexity of the planning, contact me.  That is what I am here for.  I do travel planning full time.  This is not a side job for me.  I will do the research and find out the information for you.  I have access to almost every possible travel supplier for cruises, land tours, hotels, resorts and theme parks throughout the world.  I also have contact with numerous other travel advisors that have experience with travel that I do not.  I will find those answers and help you plan that dream vacation with NO EXTRA FEES.  And thank you David and Cathy, just in case you are reading this.
